President Bush today honored Dr. Mark Asperilla for outstanding community service. A Port Charlotte, FL, physician and MRC volunteer, Dr. Asperilla was instrumental in establishing a local biowarfare response team comprised of doctors, nurses, paramedics, and emergency managers.
